Shipping Information

Order Processing

We saddle up fast! Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow your package like you’d track a prized stallion.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping

Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders outside North America. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable – contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (except certain Asian and remote regions). International customers may be responsible for customs fees – these charges vary by country and aren’t included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges

At Western Cowboy Equipment, we stand behind our gear like a cowboy stands by his trusty steed. If your purchase didn’t fit right or meet your expectations, we’ll make it right faster than you can say “rodeo!”

Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition (tags attached, unused). Your satisfaction matters more than a perfect lasso throw!

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Horse therapy equipment
  • Used calf ropes & kid ropes
  • Opened feed supplements from our Farm & Ranch section
  • Personalized/custom items

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color? Follow the same steps as returns, but specify “EXCHANGE” in your email and include your preferred replacement item.

Return Shipping Details

  • U.S. Customers: We recommend using USPS with tracking (like you’d track a prized stallion)
  • International Customers: Contact us for the most economical shipping options
  • Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable unless we sent the wrong item

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days (faster than breaking in new boots)
  • Payment Method: Refunded to your original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Bank Processing: May take 2-3 additional business days to appear in your account

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If we messed up (rare as a blue moon!), email us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and rush your replacement faster than a bucking bronco!
