Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition (tags attached, unused). Your satisfaction matters more than a perfect lasso throw!

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Horse therapy equipment
  • Used calf ropes & kid ropes
  • Opened feed supplements from our Farm & Ranch section
  • Personalized/custom items

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color? Follow the same steps as returns, but specify “EXCHANGE” in your email and include your preferred replacement item.

Return Shipping Details

  • U.S. Customers: We recommend using USPS with tracking (like you’d track a prized stallion)
  • International Customers: Contact us for the most economical shipping options
  • Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable unless we sent the wrong item

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days (faster than breaking in new boots)
  • Payment Method: Refunded to your original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Bank Processing: May take 2-3 additional business days to appear in your account

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If we messed up (rare as a blue moon!), email us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and rush your replacement faster than a bucking bronco!
